Team Rep Responsibilities
1. Attend League meetings.
2. Appoint or oversee team vote for a coach for the team.
3. Ensure playing time allocated fairly amongst the players.
4. Ensure that players show up for games and to notify Executive if there is a problem with attendance of any players.
5. Advise executive of any personnel problems which are giving them problems - either personality or ability.
6. Notify other team reps and Executive if unable to play or field a team.
7. Ensure that field is ready for play (in case groundskeeper does not show)
8. Ensure that lights are turned on. There is a new button outside the electrical room. They automatically turn off at 11 pm.
9. Ensure the washroom is closed and locked up and the bases are locked up after late game.
10. Ensure that game moves as quickly as possible.
11. Ensure that League rules are being followed.
12. Forward copy of each game sheet to the Executive.
